How to use this page

1. Download the 2 Misoprostol awareness surveys to administer (note that there are two surveys – for community members, and for CHWs, TBAs, and Pharmacists. Be sure you are using the correct one)
2. Using the sample size calculator, determine the number of surveys you must administer. (an example output is provided below)
   1. Set Confidence level to 95%
   2. Set Confidence Interval to 10
   3. Enter Total Population Size
   4. Press calculate
   5. Record desired sample size
3. Make enough copies of the surveys for the sample size calculated.
4. Create a privately accessible table of respondent’s names and respondent numbers.
5. Administer the surveys to these respondents at pre-implementation, 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month intervals.
